S200 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the s200 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the s200 platform via our website https://s200.bio or our official application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the s200 platform following any amendment or update to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time.
The s200 platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or residents legally eligible to use such online services. Users who register acknowledge that they meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. s200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. s200 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Any suspicious activity must be reported to our support team promptly via email at [email protected].
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Always log out after each session on shared devices.
- Use a strong, unique password for your s200 account.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the s200 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or hacking, is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, modify, or cause disruption to s200's systems or databases.
- Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of third parties through the platform.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any other party.
- Committing any form of fraud relating to accounts, deposits, or withdrawals.
S200 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including suspending the account, withholding balances involved in suspicious activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the s200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. s200 does not accept payments through any method not listed on the platform.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Deposits received are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the s200 account holder.
- S200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through suspicious means or in violation of bonus terms will result in the withdrawal request being declined and the account being investigated.
S200 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including delays from banks or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
The s200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. s200 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge that playing on the platform involves financial risk and that they make decisions independently and are responsible for any losses incurred.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of s200 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The s200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. s200 does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk.
6. Account Policies, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
S200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspicious activity, failed identity verification, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension due to a violation, the balance in the affected account may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the s200 support team through the available channels on the platform. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures following identity verification.
Amendments to Terms
S200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the s200 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
